Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on balloon orders unless the balloons are defective or damaged upon delivery or pickup.

Approved refunds (where permitted) incur a 5% processing fee to cover payment gateway charges.


Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, movement, sharp objects, and other environmental factors. Once balloons leave our care, whether through pick-up or delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, popping, or deflation that may occur.

If you notice any damage upon arrival, please contact us within 12 hours so we can review the issue.
